Kept New York LLC takes great care to meticulously review, measure, and describe all products being sold on this website.
This Refund Policy (this “Refund Policy”) describes the practices of KEPT New York LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”, “the Company”, “the company”, “The company”) regarding the refund from any purchases from websites and online services, including without limitation our websites accessible at keptstudio.com.
KEPT studio does not offer returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
• Contact KEPT New York LLC before attempting to return any items.
We have the right to deny credits, if products returned does not meet our return policy requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
Original Artwork:
KEPT New York LLC does not accept returns. On very rare occasions we may grant exchanges. KEPT New York LLC does not issue exchanges unless there is extreme error, defective or extremely damaged product.
Prints:
Environmental policy
We work with a fully end-to-end carbon-neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed artworks (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral.
All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council-certified sustainable sources. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.
•Although all sales are considered final, online returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. Because of the detailed accuracy of an item's measurements and description, returns will not be accepted due to improper fit. KEPT New York LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately due to the made to order nature of the business we are unable to offer full refunds. If you feel an item was grossly misrepresented in it's listing, please email info@keptstudio.com. We will try our best to reach a resolution and accommodate your needs. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product if you wish to exchange an item. We do not offer refunds. Certain types of exchanges may require a service fee to cover additional labor or shipping (for example, if you received your item but wish you had ordered a different design or colorway). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Accepted returns that initially shipped for free may incur the deduction of the original shipping cost upon return. Accepted returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• The product must be in new condition.
• To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
• Exchanges may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed.
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item didn’t fit or you didn’t like it, we may reimburse you with a different item or give you store credit depending on a case by case basis. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@keptstudio.com .
Return Policy

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts KEPT New York LLC and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
Return Conditions
In the event of a granted return or exchange the product must be shipped within 10 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. KEPT New York LLC suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
KEPT New York LLC will exchange only eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. KEPT New York LLC is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, KEPT NEW YORK reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed within 7-14 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for all KEPT New York LLC orders & products to ship. On very rare occasions we may ship quicker. If there is an urgent request for shipping, please contact us directly at info@keptstudio.com to request Ru$h $hipping. [An extra charge may be applied for ru$h $hipping].
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. All international orders are shipped via Fedex International Economy. All orders will be shipped with insurance.
If customers are shipping to a destination outside the US, on top of KEPT New Yorks’s shipping cost; all tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value. If the customer fails to retrieve their package, the cost to return the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items will ship from Brooklyn, NY [United States], with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.
In some instances, we provide global shipping for all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Orders are dispatched within 14-21 days working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 14 to 21 days to the UK or Europe, 7 to 10 days to North America, and 21 to 28 days to Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 4 -8 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, and DHL. Domestic U.S. orders are made with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Customs
We have duty-free delivery to the US.
Customers in other countries may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.
Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavor to replace the edition, free of cost.
Once items are shipped, customer is notified. In the rare event of lost package, please notify KEPT studio ASAP, with issue. An exchange may possibly offered or a full refund, if item has been lost by mail carrier and cannot be located by mail carrier with 4 -8 weeks.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
Ground
Ground rates vary, but there is a minimum $10 flat rate, unless otherwise noted
2nd Day
There is a ru$h fee applied to all 2nd day orders of $25 flat rate + plus shipping costs.
Overnight
There is a ru$h fee applied to all overnight orders of $50 flat rate + plus shipping costs.
Preferred Shipping of Customer or Client
Additional Fees may apply.
KEPT New York LLC is happy to try accommodate shipping requests of the customer or client, if there is a preferred method. But this may include additional fees applied to any order or service requested by customer or client.
