RENTAL REQUEST

Welcome to the KEPT studio Rental Request Form. Please answer the below questions to help us gauge the scope of your rental requests.

Rental item requests will be reviewed on a case by case. All rentals require a deposit of the item upfront. KEPT studio reserves the option to request the full payment for the rental period prior to releasing the rental.

All rentals must be returned in the same or better condition.

Minor, reversible, alterations to the item may be allowed. Major alterations must have prior authorization by KEPT studio.

No breakdown or over dyeing of items is allowed.

Any dry cleaning or cleaning of the item[s] is the responsibility of the stylist, florist, or renter. An additional $50 fee per item will be charged to reverse alterations, repair damages or dry clean items.

Some rental items may be fragile or require special handling with extra care. That said, we ask that you respect the items being rented and treat items with necessary care.

For protection and care of the rentals - KEPT studio may charge additional fee for packaging rental item[s].

Missing inventory barcode tags and/or KEPT studio identification labels are subject to a replacement cost of $15 each, if applicable.

Replacement values of lost or damaged garments are set at 10 times the rental value.

Replacement Policy: KEPT studio understands the finite nature of vintage items. KEPT studio works to collect and cultivate a refined and edited collection of handmade and rare goods. Every rental is entrusted with care, and we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise. In the event of unexpected wear or damage, we will collaborate with you to find the most appropriate solution. Our goal is always to resolve these matters thoughtfully, fairly, and with the personalized service that defines your experience with us.

With that acknowledged, there is no replacement for one of a kind vintage. Only when no other solution is available will we resort to a cash replacement value set at 10 times the rental value.
